2. What data I process

• Contact form: name, email or phone, what you need, your current website (if you give one) and your message.
• WhatsApp or email: whatever you send me.
• Technical browsing data: hosting logs and aggregated, anonymous analytics, without cookies.

3. What for

To reply to your enquiry or proposal.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you ask for a quote, pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b).

5. How long I keep it

For as long as needed to reply to you and, at most, 12 months if there is no relationship between us afterwards.

6. Who I share it with

To run the service I use providers that process data on my behalf (processors):

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting and cookie-free analytics.
• Resend: delivery of the form message to my inbox.
• Cloudflare: forwarding of the contact email.
• Google: the mailbox where I receive the messages.

Some of them are based in the USA, so there may be international data transfers. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on each provider's data processing agreement. I do not sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.

7. Your rights

You can ask me for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to contacto@terryq.com. If you think I have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

9. WhatsApp

If you message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
